You have a cheat day??? How does that work for you?? I tried doing a cheat day once and regretted it immediately. I had gas pains, sulfur burps and felt so nauseous. I learned my lesson. Also, im on Tirz and on Reta, both of these I do once a week, Tirz on Mondays and Reta on Thursdays. I’ve noticed it helps quiet down the food noises more and also stacking both of these makes it to where the food noises don’t come back towards the last day or so before my next dose.

I’m on week five and fluctuating 6lbs. I do not have a lot of appetite suppression. I strength train with a trainer 4 to 5 times a week. Started at 1mg going up to 2 mg today. Anyone else not losing at the beginning?
