My personal favourite is when I launch new items…and forgot to put them into the required shipping categories. So everyone can see them and add to basket- but can’t actually buy them. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

at least your being honest with the people your selling too and fixing yiur mistakes! ur gonna do great if you keep it up :) thats the biggest thing that keeps people as they feel the company appreciates them more if they listen to their concerns and fixes them rather than shift blame and ignore these problems. Good job!
