- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
Mix and cook on medium-heat with butter
Macros: 330 kcal, 15Pp, 48C, 9F
- add your toppings of choice
My toppings:
- 2 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein, 4 tbsp milk(mix and drizzle)
- raspberries
