@ourhuddybuddy: Almost a year ago, I shared the sweetest video of Huddy playing soccer with his teammates. To our complete surprise, David Beckham commented on the video. A few months later, a package showed up at our door with a letter from David Beckham and two signed Miami jerseys for Huddy. We couldn’t believe it. Then a couple of months ago, Huddy wanted to sing “Mr. David” a Happy Birthday song so we sent David Beckham a little video of Huddy singing. And now Huddy just got this letter from David Beckham inviting him to Miami to see an Inter Miami FC Soccer game!! We are beyond excited for this adventure! I’m so humbled that David Beckham even knows who Huddy is let alone is inviting him to Miami. As a parent of a child with Down syndrome, you always hope your child is seen for who they are. The fact that someone has made Huddy feel so special is something we will never forget. I can’t wait to share all the details about our visit and Huddy’s excitement watching the match.
