That was me… for 10 years. 5 turn downs. So what did I do? Found a company who offered me 21k more a year… and then i negotiated it to 30k more AND they gave me a higher title. Not to mention, cut my commute by 2.5 hours a day to Ont 29 mins a day lol. They saw my worth from the 1st interview. I start on Monday 😌
