Don’t know where in “Europe” this is, but NYX tends to be easy to find. Depending on country it could be in Douglas, Lyko, H&M… also google “nyx [country]”

Try checking if they have any Notino stores! the one that I go to in Prague has bigger gondolas and I've seen your lashes & other nyx products that are hard to find there🤍
