This is a real testimony. At the age of 9 I practiced visualisation for 2 months approx it consisted of sitting every morning on me bed when I wake up breathing 7 times eyes closed very focused imagining what I wanted, at that age I used to visualisation et beautiful princess dress, but one day I came back home with me mom around 10pm at night I was in my room sitting on me bed watching cartoons when suddenly I feel like I was getting out of my body I completely lost control of myself it’s like a force was taking me, I felt my right arm getting lifted on top of my forehead like I was being blinded by the et sun and my left hand doing the same movement but down my chin and my eyes rolled inside my upper lip stretched to the right and my inferior lip stretched to the left at that time I completely lost consciousness I don’t remember anything me mum said I stayed in that state for around 15min and she started slapping me hard to make me regain consciousness and it worked I woke up lying down the first few seconds it felt like I swallowed my tongue couldn’t talk and had saliva coming out of my mouth. This happened and I was aged 9years old. When this happened I stoped visualisation and never done it again. With time passing I realised this was an out of body experience I believe I opened a portal in 5D unintentionally, because in the years following I kept having a lot of dreams wich whom are glimpses of near or far future I know this because I lived it I have seen so much of what I’m going thru right now in my dreams years before and also life’s of my close relatives, but I didn’t see it that way I didn’t relive it was actual glimpses of reality until one day I had a dream about a particular situation in a particular place with a particular person that I had never seen or been to before and 48hours what I saw in my dreams years happened exactly the way I saw it this is when I opened my eyes to what I’m going thru, because these type of premonition is not just me it’s my mom and my grandma, I do also have very deep Déjà vu’s or Deja dreamed , a few days ago I had a dream very disturbing but suddenly I felt shifted to a circeled hallway wich was
