I’m currently trying to gain weight because I’ve been in a calorie deficit for WAY too long and have lost a lot of weight so I’m trying to gain muscle but I’m so scared to gain weight🙈 like I want to build muscle and gain weight because I don’t like being this small and feeling weak but mentally it’s so challenging to increase my calories because I’m so used to being in a deficit. I know you just went through a growing phase so do you have any tips for me?🙏💗
