Buy chicken from farmers markets, it’s the safer option! Don’t indulge in the meats from supermarkets, restaurants and chicken chains like KFC, Nando’s, Wing Stop etc because they won’t want their profits going towards expensive produce. Think about it, how are all of these places stocked up on chicken???
