Do you have any tips for getting sinus pain when diving under? I try to equalise but still end up with pain, I’ve tried taking decongestants before too, I really want to get dive certified but not much point if it’ll be constantly painful :(

I would have gave anything for an opportunity like this when I lived down there. I miss the ocean and love your videos. You have shown me more ocean life than I ever seen in the eighties. I only free dived without snorkel or fins , I didn’t know any better back then.
