I was surprised no one else mentioned this. A typical milky toner has at least 4 ounces, but since it’s Rhode they get away with it.

i think more so because the glazing milk was originally intended for everyday skin care use (up to 2x a day or more) and then they realized how much people loved it for makeup prep, so they created a highlight milk to fall in line with the more “makeup” side of the brand. i’m sure a larger one will come out if it performs well and people want a larger one! it’s actually a pretty good deal if you compare it to another popular highlight prep like the saie super glowy gel, which is only 1 oz standard size!

The Highlight Milk is a makeup product and the Glazing Milk is a skincare product. When comparing similar highlighting makeup products from other brands (eg Saie Glowy Super Gel; L’Oréal Lumi Glotion; Live Tinted Hueglow), the size and price of the Rhode Highlight Milk is comparable if not cheaper.

The travel size is even smaller now. I got the tonymoly ceremide milky toner and love it. I got a full size bottle and it doesnt break me out

They made the travel size smaller I have the older one thankfully I bought a back up .. so now the travel is so small it's useless
