One of my pet peeves is when an iPhone app is just a wrapper for a website and there are no visual indicators that a form is processing. On a desktop browser you can usually see that the page is changing but in an iPhone app you don’t see anything by default. This just happened to be the other day on the Verizon app. I ended up submitting data more than once. You’d think a company worth billions could do better.
