as a property manager i approve this whole heartedly. she filled in the nails holes and painted everything back to original color and re installed all original fixtures. I tell my tenants all the time just bcuz your renting doesnt mean it has to look boring. this is your home. show me who lives here and bring out your personality. I love seeing things like this. I always say as long as its returned to how it was when you moved in im ok with extreme makeovers. I usually say paint needs to be approved by me bcuz ive had pple use dark colors and only do one layer of white and you can still see the dark under it. I usually say as long as they r aware that any damages will be om them. I love that you made this your home and not just a place. of course always speak with your landlord before doing any major changes like paint light fixtures faucets etc.

People in the comments saying nails aren't renter friendly .. this is so weird to me 😭 It's so easy to fix a tiny hole in the wall/ceiling like that, if it's visible at all.
