Not sure where you're located, but every town I've ever lived in has had a noise ordinance in place from 8am to 10pm. You can work before 8am, you just couldn't make noise (lawnmowers, chainsaws, power saws, ect). That being said, I'm a "if the sun's up, it's time to work" kinda guy. lol

lol where I used to live they would start some construction at 3am before it got too hot in the summer. And it wasn’t like little noises either they were doing road work.
