and the whole "i like women, not their genitalia" argument is honestly kinda lesbophobic and they don’t even realise that. It reduces lesbian attraction to a "genital preference" instead of acknowledging that lesbians are attracted to females. And saying males can be lesbians makes no sense to me. If sex doesn't matter anymore, then what's even the point of sexual orientations? By that logic, everyone is bisexual if a person’s sex has nothing to do with sexual orientation, bc according to them everyone can be anything they want, and that’s ridiculous because it doesn’t work like that in real life, sexual orientation is very real.
