I broke my foot in January. Toes 1-3 are fused and my foot doesn’t bend the same, therefore I don’t walk the same. It’s such a mental journey

get a tens unit and stuff that bad boy as far as you can down your cast for shocks once the wounds are closed. helps with pain and works the muscles. be patient. do the stretches. don't let them tell you you won't regain mostly good function. I had a similar break and 7 years later im jogging/running miles every week. you'll be really lonely for a while, you'll get through, promise. the knee scooter is a life saver. just get the all terrain one. I was doing mini golf on mine! you can get them used. absolutely critical for your next healing journey.

I broke the 5th metatarsal in my left foot and the fibula in my right ankle at the end of April. I was wearing heels.😬 I know the pain you've gone through and the hard work you're putting in wearing your CAM boot. Keep moving babes, you've got this! Sending so much love and strength 🫶🏻
