I gotta have celery salt or celery, my family don’t like tomatoes so I use red and green peppers for seasoning.

Interesting. Never used tomato. And I like to use a red onion. I think it goes well with relish.

similar to my mom's recipe up here in New england, minus the tomatoes and relish. tried to teach my mom the act of seasoning and she was just hell no all the way through. tuna, elbows, minced yellow onion and mayo with salt and pepper to taste. bland as hell up here and still makes me happy eating it when I do make it.
