I remember this so well (unfortunately) and my boys are 25 and 23! Things that help some days don't work on others. Trust your gut, sucking ice can help. Dry stuff first thing on the morning...Marie biscuits, rusks etc less risky than anything dairy (less risky but never no risk) Best advice I can give you is this. This is YOUR baby and YOUR pregnancy. People with throw advice at you. Smile. Wave. Decide what will work for you. It's your baby. You and your hubby will know. Don't take advice that doesn't resonate. Welcome to the best adventure ever. You've got this.

The marie biscuit before you stand up really works. Keep a packet next to your bed and put one in your mouth before you stand out of bed.❤️it saved me.

For years, Formula 1 has argued about the same question. Is it the car... Or is it Max Verstappen? After qualifying in Austria, Toto Wolff didn't hesitate with his answer. For years, Formula 1 has argued about the same question. Is it the car... Or is it Max Verstappen? After qualifying in Austria, Toto Wolff didn't hesitate with his answer. When asked about Red Bull's performance, the Mercedes team principal wasn't quick to praise the RB22. He pointed to the driver. According to Wolff, the Red Bull Ring has become one of Verstappen's strongest circuits, and once again he extracted everything the car had to offer. Then came the comment that changed the conversation. "Honestly, I think Max was the most important factor this weekend." That's a remarkable admission. Not because it came from a fan. Not because it came from a former driver. But because it came from the man leading Mercedes—the team that has spent years trying to beat Verstappen and Red Bull. Wolff wasn't just complimenting a rival. He was recognising something much bigger. The difference between having a fast car... ...and having a driver capable of finding performance that nobody else can. That's why he also pointed to Red Bull's other drivers. If the car alone explained everything, the gap inside the garage shouldn't be so difficult to explain. Instead, Wolff's comments suggest something Formula 1 keeps coming back to. Some drivers don't simply drive the car they're given. They elevate it. That's what makes Verstappen such a difficult opponent. Teams can spend millions developing upgrades. Engineers can find tenths through aerodynamics, suspension and tyre management. But some advantages can't be designed in a wind tunnel. They sit behind the steering wheel. That's why, even in a season where Red Bull haven't always had the fastest package, rivals still refuse to count Verstappen out. Because they know they're not just racing a car. They're racing the driver capable of extracting more from it than almost anyone else on the grid. Sometimes the biggest performance upgrade isn't found in the factory. It's found in the cockpit. #M4R7Y #MaxVerstappen #TotoWolff #Formula1 #RedBullRacing
