So I saw an interview once (I can’t remember with who) that some of these are the stars being prima donnas. But some of these are to ensure that the contract is actually read. Especially back in the day when concert venues would have a tendency to more set up the stages not the performers crews themselves having in the contract “a bowl of just green M&Ms” ensured that someone read all the parts of a contract like how to set pyrotechnics and lighting rigs. Stuff that could hurt someone if not set right.

He didn't ALWAYS have KFC and eggs, he was a poor eater (as described by his mother) and chicken from fast food places and eggs were an easy way to get him to eat enough protein for the amount of dancing he was doing 3. The fruit was for his children who he didn't want eating candy as he values their health
