let me tell you one thing, since Ramzan I have been experiencing the symptoms like air hunger, shoulder pain (pectoral muscles) sometimes it leads to arm, and breast as well. just like you guys I was worried as well. so I went to cardiologist. he listened to everything I had to say, literally everything along with the history. Performed ECG and ECHO and said everything is normal. I am a 27 years old woman who has extreme health anxiety and has developed cardiophobia. so listen to me girls and anyone who is listening, worst things can happen but it's all in our heads. we can control anything and literally my pain was due to stress. stress management is the key. you don't need a doctor you just need a good friend who can listen to you without passing judgements. relax subka time fix ha Allah k pass.
