For anyone who wants to quit. understand this. Thoughts > actions > outcomes >life. 1. don't think about it. before you do something you think about. Redirect your thoughts and think of something else instead. 2. don't watch it. even if you have a thought about it don't watch. this is CBT cognitive behavioral therapy element in here. you stop your response to stimuli. 3. don't touch it. it gets progressively harder to stop once you get to thr next step. General tip, once you start doing it, you'll notice that those thoughts are reoccurring and will bombard you l, but also know this - they pass. Thoughts are clouds to pass, you don't have to act on them. Global tip, Jesus can help you with it. Idk about our relationship to God, but he indeed freed me from it, even though I eventually got right back to it. I no longer have unbreakable pull towards it like I used to. Hope this helps

I’ve struggled with lust/pleasure since 19. I’m currently 23. For at least 4 years I fought so many times I cannot count. I cried so many tears to God for forgiveness and mercy over me feeling so helpless and miserable. Right now I’m doing very good mentally and spiritually very strong and plan to stay that way. Everytime I would fall into it and later from my heart ask for forgiveness God would show me another detail I never considered that would help me flee from it longer/easier. Your words “what spirit are they into, what are they promoting behind the screen” stands out to me. I never knew that either! But that makes so much sense! That opened my eyes even more! Thank you man.💖✝️✨
