It’s actually not much of a angle change as much as the thrust changes so the weight transfer just like a fast car when you let out of it, it lunges you forward but it’s more noticeable in a plane considering there’s nothing beneath you

The speed of the angle change gives you the feeling. I've been on flights that had less of an angle and you didn't feel it.
