Most of that is the sun motion. The sun moved but the feed stuttered. That's the first change. At the pace it was moving, two hours later it would be mostly out of frame, so you see it reflecting off of that car tire. That's what the car tire change is, the light moved from on the hubcap to beside it. The one between them, above the white vehicle, may have been the sun as well, or it could have been something in the way at the time, or it could have been doctored or glitched. 2/3 are explainable, factoring in technology and timing. The other is plausibly the same effect just in a different location. So, I'd say that this is not the evidence that is best as there is much reasonable doubt. Doesn't mean it's not staged, though.
