Başlarındaki Darüssaade Ağası ise Osmanlı sarayının en önemli devlet görevlilerinden biri olup Harem'in idaresinden ve Haremeyn vakıflarının yönetiminden sorumluydu. Bu mescit, onların ibadet ettiği ve günümüze ulaşan önemli saray yapılarından biridir. Karaağalar Mosque Located within the Harem of Topkapı Palace, the Karaağalar Mosque was built for the Black Eunuchs responsible for the security and order of the Imperial Harem. Their chief, the Chief Black Eunuch (Darüssaade Ağa), was one of the highest-ranking officials of the Ottoman court, overseeing the Harem and the endowments of Mecca and Medina.
