That’s why concierge care is the gaining traction. 250 a month x 300 pts is 900k a year im sure they have like 500-600 patients once word gets out is easier access - and I’m sure there’s drs charging 1800 or more a month who will GO with you to consult appts

As a nurse I think physicians should be paid hourly like us. Meaning y’all also get paid overtime and differential. I think it saves organizations money paying physicians a salary rather than hourly. I realize it’s a bit more nuanced but with insurance, but I feel like you shouldn’t wait to be compensated for a job you did and insurance is the last entity that should dictate that compensation.
