to be fair. sfc /scannow is kinda goated. and if you really wanna waste some time. chkdsk /r and have them restart. then tell them to go home for the day 😂

The number of people using these commands wrong hurts my head. DISM commands first THEN SFC. PS: It fixes a lot, especially after updates.

i JUST did this but with DISM and dell command update… 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES OF REMOTE AND IT DID NOT FIX ANYTHING

sfc scannow does nothing, its the restart after that scan. we just need valid reason to ask end user to restart their device because they don't want to do it and even lie about restarting
