@askvinh: What's the most important step to take if you want to improve your speaking ability? It's self-awareness. Most people aren't aware of how they communicate. They've never looked into the communication mirror. This is the process that allows you to do that. And when you take notes and come up with a list of things to improve, just pick ONE thing and then work on that for a week. Then pick another. Take it one step at a time!
