Hey, glad you’re rly taking this thing seriously, but I wanna give some advice that I know will help even if it doesn’t sound like it now. It’s really really important to learn / train your brain to be ok with being hungry, and that’s literally the hardest part about any life change diet. Volume eating is good ofc, but volume eating also doesn’t shrink your stomach or train yourself to be ok with being hungry. Being very strict with intermediate fasting helps a lot, plus you have more calories to work with if you’re strictly omad-ing. also I really suggest trying zucchini, they’re very yummy and are low and cal and you can really just shove them anywhere. Lite tuna is also really really good for protein and low cal, and if you’re someone who always needs cheese try Parmesan instead, a shaved blend is really good and most are only 20 cal a tbsp. If you like ramen, also look into getting glass noodles, kept noodles (kelp noodles are only 9 cal a bag) and Krorr’s caldo con savor de pollo chicken bouillon. It’s zero cal and already pre-seasoned. I love ramen so it’s a big life saver. Soups are AMAZING volume eating options as well, just keep it to lots of broth (which the chicken bouillon I suggest is so helpful for that bc it’s sooo yummy) and just throw veggies in and let them cook. You don’t even need noodles or rice, aaaaallll that broth will fill you UUUUPPPP like a lot. 👍

Little tip -I love using ChatGPT to make anything I want lazified. Especially if I’m not in the mood to cook, and give it my protein/calorie goals! It’s so great.
