Its hard when you play sport as well as the gym and there literally isn’t enough time in the week to get 2x each muscle group unless you do upper lower split which is what I do but it’s a pain

for example if u do 2 upper days on the 3 day 4 day split do you do push and pull days separate or both in the same day to get this 2 days a week effect?

I usually do a 3 day split. Upper, lower, full body. My lower ended up being horse riding this week. Ooh boy do my abductors, adductors, and glutes feel it 🤣

I do 3 day splits I do upper body lower body and then core and cardio, it also gives me a good chance to change up weather I’m using weights or machines every 3 days which I like, would recommend

I can only work out three days a week, and both trainers I’ve had want me doing full body all three days. Often times I feel like I’m not recovering enough, but I haven’t figured out what to do differently. I sleep, try to hit protein goals, I don’t avoid carbs, and I very rarely drink.
