I feel absolutely horrible since having thyroid ablation. I added cytomel to my synthroid 18 days ago. looking forward to see if this helps. seeing an naturopath now as my endocrinologist was only testing tsh although I've told him numerous times how awful I felt

YOU NEED TO BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE! I HAD 2 ENDOS TELL ME THE ONLY THING FOR ME WAS RAI. IT DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT.....I DECIDED TO GO TO AN ALTERNATIVE DR GOT ON METHIMAZOLE. I ALSO HAVE THE HASHI. ANTIBODIES SO EVENTUALLY MY THYROID WILL FLIP FLOP INTO HYPO THYROID..... THIS IS A LIFE LONG JOURNEY AND ITS NOT COOKIE CUTTER SAME FOR EVERYONE

Graves disease, had thyroid removed through surgery instead of radiation. Is it the same?

Thank you for doing this video. I have Graves’ disease but after being pushed into having radioactive iodine I developed TEDs. Six years of living with this - numerous surgeries and the permanent change of my eyes and face. Please let others know because they don’t tell you properly of these complications. It’s ruined my life. 🇬🇧
