The original dish from Lo Scoglio is delicious. But consider this it’s lighter and easier to make cousin. It’s one of those dishes where you make it and everyone wants the recipe. A girlfriend of mine literally makes it once a week for her family. You won’t tire of it, it’s that good
thanks for the recipe 🥰 our family loved it I just let the garlic in the pan and chopped the lemon zest at the end and added them again. 💕

Have you tried the Tuscan ( I don’t know if really Tuscan but I learnt it from fiorentinis ) broccoli pancetta pasta ? Boil a whole brocoli till soft , keep the green water to boil the pasta in . Keep cup of green pasta water . Fry pancetta and onion and garlic and chili to taste add chopped brocoli , mash it with a fork till creamy , add a lil milk or cream or soy cream if you want , cheese if you want , but it’s just the BEST green pasta

I came across a similar recipe a few years ago (but without the cream) and have been cooking this every week ever since. It’s my favourite pasta dish, especially in summer when I have my own homegrown zucchinis. Delicious!
