I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 23 when my period stopped because i had a cyst growing in my left ovary. I had to get it surgically removed, and was put on Visanne (Dienogest) for 8+ years. It stopped my periods altogether and it stabilised my hormones. Only recently came off it (temporarily?) for egg freezing. You may want to consider it with your OB GYN to see if it might work for you, as it can help manage the symptoms short term so you’re not having to deal with crazy symptoms over and over?
