theres no such thing as an avoidant or anxious attachment, you have to realize that a lot of relationships consist of at least one person settling (avoidant) , thinking "this is good enough". While the other person is more in love (anxious).
In this scenario you might realize that the "avoidant" is pulling back while the "anxious" is trying more and more
