i’m not sure if it would help you but the wrist supports from boots that like wraps around, it really helps prevents cramps when i’m pushing manual

cycle paths usually feel way more accessible than sidewalks 😭 especially in my neighborhood, it's so bad here I physically can not be on the sidewalk, I NEED to use the road otherwise I can't even leave my neighborhood

I got these wheelchair gloves and Alber e-motion duodrive wheels which make pushing myself gets much more easier and less painful. maybe one or both from these will also help you (I got the electric wheels price covered from my health insurance)

yea as a dutch wheelchair user: Almost all the roads arent like compleetly straight what makes you roll to the side. Sometimes someone is like not pushing me but making me go straight so I can just push with 2 hands💖 (dont mind my bad english my brain isnt braining right now)

I am a certified Grell simp. :
I'm getting my new wheelchair in a week and I'm hoping it's easier to push than my last one since it's wayy lighter weight and it's not solid tires (people have said solid tires aren't as good). :3

This is so great! I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user and I have full strength in my arms and pushing is still really hard for 10-20 minutes at a time you’re doing amazing!
