the fact she says u dont pull ur weight is a big flag , u maybe working etc but are u there emotionally for ur wife cause sounds to me u think by working that ur job is complete when there is so much more to a narriage then just working and bringing in an income

Sounds like your working to much mate, need to spend more time as a family, that may mean you don’t go out as much or miss a holiday, but I’m sure the kids would rather their parents in a happy marriage together, than have material things. It’s a fine balance trying to balance Work life and family life but at the end of the day if you don’t have a family then all that work was done in vain.

Loads of comments saying get rid and/or move on. Why? He wants a solution, not an escape. Family life is hard but also not an excuse. Don't take the 'rejection' so hard. It's part and parcel of a working relationship, even if you take it negatively. Tell her all of this and work on it. You'll both be fine
