I truly beleive they stopped getting real K1 visas after the first few seasons. They likely get a temporary work visa for them to film in the US.

THANK YOU for pointing out how the person coming to the US is more likely the person in danger. TLC tries so hard to paint the other person (usually female, usually a person of color, very often both) as the bad guy taking advantage of the poor American person.

I’ve never watched the show, but I have seen Big Ed around. (I also don’t care about skin suits, but man, his horrible insides are wrapped up in yucky outsides too, which makes him repulsive!) You’re telling me No Neck Joe was pressed about her legs not being freshly shaved?? From a purely personal grooming point of view, methinks he needs to look at himself first 🤮 his hair hanging like that while telling her to shave or kiss him 🤦♀️The look on her face says it all! 😆

I can't believe you didn't make an episode on just Angela, there is so much to unpack there. The earliest season seemed to be a little genuine, still bad situations. The only ones that ever seem to have worked out was Loren and Alex. But they knew each other for years. Now they are clearly staged
