My problem with knowing how deep in the hole I am is that I’ve already had sleep and eating issues as well as a plethora of other symptoms that can START to happen by smoking too much but I’ve had them before I started and they’ve barely changed for the worse when I’m without it

I have smoked every single day for a year and I can go the rest of my life without smoking. I do think for some people we can have an addiction, but not for everybody.
