Had a lady try to return a Tatcha set that she used up entirely and filled with water. I grabbed each item and poured them out in the trash can in front of her. She’s talking about I didn’t really like the product …. Yet you are 90 days past the return policy and have the AUDACITY to think no one will check the items ???? GTFO my face.
