for everyone scared, sleep paralysis is only scary the first time. because it’s a new experience. after that it’s just normal. at least that’s how it is for me. had it a couple good times now and im not scared anymore

Ima give you a fun story time on my sleep paralysis storyyyyyyyyyy! So basically one night I decided to go to sleep early like maybe 9pm or som so I slept on my back and ofc I got sleep paralysis and that happened at 6am and then I slept on my left side and got sleep paralysis again and woke up at 6:06 and then I slept on my right side and woke up at 6:12. Tell me why those are all six minutes apart and it happened three times…Couls just be a coincidence but it drives me insane when I think abt it bc most ppl don’t believe mr BUT I PROMISE THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!!!!

Sleep paralysis is not cool people, for some it’s not scary after the first few times but for others it can go on for years and doesn’t get much better 🫣 but ofcourse eventually it does stop… mine did after 4/5 years
