@heidy.azul: What you see outside is basically how it can feel inside the ADHD brain. 😅 We can be incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and even perfectionists… but only in the thing our brain has decided is today’s priority. Meanwhile, everything else? Absolute chaos. 😂 It’s not that we don’t care about the mess. ADHD can make it really hard to prioritize, switch between tasks, and decide where to start. So sometimes all our focus goes into perfectly folding socks while the rest of the room quietly falls apart.
