Newborn sleep is way better than pregnancy sleep. Pregnancy sleep is like you’re never truly resting but even broken newborn sleep you get to sleep solid for a little bit!

I will say waking up due to being uncomfortable while pregnant really sets you for those wake windows through the night to feed baby/change🥹
