I get paid $18/hr at Starbucks….im cool with my wage but for the stuff I deal with I wish I either get more hours so it’s worth it or can have tips. Bc yes high pay but I max out as an imt at 30hr/week if I’m lucky.

"We'll work with employees on content ideas and they get a cut of the ad revenue!" actually means Starbucks will claim some of the money you would've otherwise gotten ANYWAY because now its in your contract and its their brand on your video. this is not good for the worker, this entitles Starbucks to a claim on content creators revenue 🥸
