@carrotlaneofficial: The clear trend in crypto is that some of the biggest names in the space come out with increasingly evangelical takes and outlandish predictions to get views. Everyone does it to some degree. Cathie Wood, Michael Saylor, Tom Lee, Jake Claver… I’ve made price predictions myself, but I’ve always tried to keep them grounded in realistic probabilities rather than turning an asset into a cult or a religion. Just remember: 1. They’re saying what they’re saying to attract attention. 2. They’re attracting attention because they want increased eye balls on their investment firms. That doesn’t automatically make them wrong. Listen to what they have to say, but don’t blindly parrot their ideas. Use them as inputs, challenge them, and form your own opinion. Much better to fall on your own sword than someone else’s.
