I had to stop seeing the therapist because she said “the crying.. do you always do this?” In a very judgy tone. Like in sorry I have so much trauma 😭

I found my therapist through a website called Rula. Best thing I’ve ever done and my copay only 30 dollars

The first six months of therapy all I did was cry. I’d canceled sessions bc I didn’t want to just sit and cry 😭 stick with it, it’ll get easier 🥰
