it's means they don't have to leave and no longer required to submit a medical report when applying for a temporary or permanent residency permit but they have to be within south africa when doing so, so basically you can't do it if ur not already living in the country.This will be implimented starting July8. idk whats difficult to understand here๐ณ

Please advise if you can ๐ฉท my husband is an american and we're having a baby in the next 4 weeks, he's coming down this week and we were told we could apply for his spousal visa when he gets here, how long does the average processing time take and does he still need a medical exam for it? Will he also still be allowed to travel out the country while we wait for his spousal visa?
