The worst cruise I have ever been on was MSC, the food was horrible, the entertainment was awful and boring, and the service was terrible.

I was in the NCL Luna and it was fantastic. It was so good my husband had to drag me of the ship the last day. Granted, we were at the Haven but still, we had a fabulous time. Btw, NCL is all I travel & we have always been very happy.

We were on NCL in December and it was THE WORST experience of not only any cruise but and vacation ever! Horrendous customer service. Wrote them an email and got NOTHING!

I still love NCL but after covid they made a lot of cost cutting while simultaneously jacking up the price. Imo RC is almost the same price and offers broadway musical type shows, aqua shows, figure skating shows etc. Tbh if I wasn't a platinum & got so many perks not sure I would still cruise with them as other cruise lines offer more value for ur money
