@cookwithhali: Folded Ciabatta Rolls Ingredients * 380 g flour (about 3 cups) * 266 g water (about 1 cup + 2 tbsp) * 1 tsp yeast * 1 tsp salt * 3 tbsp olive oil Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the water. Add the flour and mix until no dry flour remains. Sprinkle in the salt, add the olive oil, then do coil folds until the oil is fully incorporated. 2. Cover and let the dough rise for 2 hours. 3. Transfer the dough onto a well-floured piece of parchment paper. Gently flatten it without pressing out the air. Divide it into 4 equal pieces. 4. Drizzle a little olive oil over each piece, then fold each one in half. 5. Let the rolls rest for 20 minutes. 6. Bake in a preheated 480°F (250°C) oven for 8 minutes.
