its good to have shoulder bag if you have only 1 child. But having few kids not worth it… backpack nappy bag will be perfect if you have 2 or more kids.

Would recommend one that fits underneath your pram, Its really hard to carry baby and a bag or push a pram with a big bag especially you want to make sure you have no back/shoulder issues xx or I recommend a gender neutral one so your husband can carry it when the baby wants you
