The first place isn’t a tourist trap. I went years ago and no lines. It’s only since it got TikTok popular that it has lines. It’s a great sandwich.

Antico vinaio used to be famous just for locals then it went viral online so many tourists went there so they started to open more locations and increasing the price ( i could buy 2 schiacciate for maybe 6€) Even tho it was way better before..( saying this as a local) it cant be really compared to fast food chains
