You know the more I think about these types of interactions that reflect how real doctors and nurses interqct with patients they know are trans, the more I realise they do it to trigger dysphoria, it's covert transohobia

its upsetting theres no trans option to add to my chart. It's either F or M, It has to be assigned at birth even if its legally changed. And theres no "trans man" or "trans women" option. Why cant they put "female to male transgender" on my chart!? I pass as a male and im on Testosterone
